Taxi!
Monday- A hell of a joy ride. Confession: I never wear my safety belt properly. I would just hold it instead. But that night i was clutching it so tight that i was suffocating myself with the grip. Uncle drove super fast! It was 100km/h, zooming and bumping all the way. When he swerved at the corner, I saw my life jumping out of the window. I thought with the nerve-wrecking ride, i might save some moolah alas i was wrong. I was charged S$14.40 a shy of 20cents which i usually will be paying every night on my night shift.
Tuesday- Have u ever contemplate in paying your cabfare using your nets? Have u been scolded by the Uncle for not informing him in advance? I learnt my lesson -From now onwards, I will be playing cold-hard cash upfront!
I truly believe that paying with plastic while riding a cab is a useless inventions. Poor Xiaxue, I read her twitter that she was being F by a Taxi Driver because she did not mention that she's paying by nets. I feel for you, Babe.

Finally you reach your destination. The meter read S$20.00. You have S$21.45 in your purse. You are lazy to withdraw money for tomorrow so you decided to pay by nets and you ask, "Uncle, i want pay by nets". Uncle turn BIG round & give you a death stare, "Why you never tell me that you want pay by nets. Only S$20.00, very cheap. You don't have money arr? You should tell me earlier..this machine very slow. Take very long one. U got money anot?" By the end of that sentence, you feel so small.. so degraded.

Howells! We should all feeback to COMFORT because i believe their cab is the only one which accept Nets & Credit Card. At the same time..having rude taxi drivers who could actually answer in more considerable tone.
BUT my case was not like the above. I was being a good citizen and i understand the hassle therefore upon boarding i request the Uncle that i want to pay by nets. He did warn me that the machine might be a slow-poke and neverthelessly we can still try. Btw i was riding a limo cab so i know i might be paying for more. Ok Straight to the point...Uncle did not know how to operate the machine! He was swiping my card back & forth and taping on the reader. I was OMFG! As i was saying.. I'm a very tactful customer, buyer & passenger. I don't yell and demand at people unnecessarily. So i did the tricks. With my good command of english, i thoroughly follow the instruction on the machine. I swiped my card for S$15.70 including the 30cents service charge. I keyed in my pin and it was approved..i pressed print receipt and ok. Suddenly everything stalled and it went normal. I was mortified! OMFG 2X! Did it get through? Did my money has been deducted? Then there the problem started. I reached my place at 11.20pm and i only get the hell out of the taxi after 20 mins of long phone calls to the customer service and trying to re-print the damn receipt. Uncle was afraid that he did not get the money so he was trying his best to work the machine at the same time holding me hostage! It was getting exasperated. I'm exhausted & i just want to end the day. I tried to negotiate with Uncle and finally we exchanged numbers. It doesnt end there, i was about to sleep at 12.30am, my bro came into my room & passed my phone. Uncle was grilling me why i did not pick-up the call as he tried countless time to contact me & i retorted back that it was already midnight & i did not hear my phone rings. So he informed me that he printed the receipt AND AHPEK MASIH TAK PUAS HATI YG DUIT AKU DAH POTONG AND MASUK DLM COMPANY DIA PUNYA ACCOUNT. BODOH PUNYA ORANG. I asked him 2 pass me the receipt tomorrow at work. I decided to play safe and check my IB & the fare has already been deducted. Today, He came at 2.30pm and so lor-soh repeating that he will call me if there is any discrepancy. He still unsatisfied that i confirmed about the money transfer.
So should i complain against him? Or complain against COMFORT for not training their drivers properly.
