Picture Perfect

What the fuck? I can't upload pictures in my blogger. I tried clearing my cache, allowing pop-up and opening at both my Internet explorer & Mozilla as mention by the bloggerHelp Section yet i still can't post my pictures!!
How do i rectify this problem????
